Fantastic Anniversary Stay!
room upgrade little cake friendly service helpful team
This hotel surprised me with a room upgrade. A cute little cake made the anniversary special. The provided service was friendly. The team was always helpful. I enjoyed my stay and will come back!

The hotel's location is good. It is a seven to eight-minute walk from the metro. Burjuman mall and Carrefour are only a five-minute walk. I recommend it.

poor soundproofing connected rooms
The breakfast had lots of variety. I found the poached eggs acceptable.
My room lacked soundproofing. I could hear noise from connected rooms. This made relaxation difficult. I expected better sound insulation in a hotel of this category.

helpful staff breakfast buffet modern equipment
i stayed here for five nights and found the staff very helpful. the breakfast buffet had many choices. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. i also appreciated the 24-hour gym (it had modern equipment).
the pool area was sometimes crowded, making it difficult to find available loungers.

superb stay
well-equipped apartment luxurious touch excellent service
the workshop-themed design with high ceilings added a luxurious touch. the hotel staff consistently demonstrated excellent service. i appreciated the quick assistance with a taxi from andrew, and the restaurant staff at 'spice tree' impressed me with their attentiveness and memory of guest preferences.
I found the gym had several pieces of running equipment out of order. This limited workout options.

the hotel is situated within walking distance of the burjuman metro station. this provided easy access to various parts of the area for sightseeing and travel around town. burjuman mall is also nearby, offering shopping and dining options.

the hotel provided prompt check-in services and also quick assistance with any issues that arose (such as helping with a stuck sim card). staff members, were particularly helpful and friendly, demonstrating a genuine commitment to. they were also very quick to help with luggage.

the location is convenient. the staff's politeness was appreciable, with all personnel taking that extra step to assist me.
the pool on the 19th floor had very limited beds! unless i paid extra for a cabana.
