My room lacked soundproofing. I could hear noise from connected rooms. This made relaxation difficult. I expected better sound insulation in a hotel of this category.

i stayed here for five nights and found the staff very helpful. the breakfast buffet had many choices. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. i also appreciated the 24-hour gym (it had modern equipment).
the pool area was sometimes crowded, making it difficult to find available loungers.

the workshop-themed design with high ceilings added a luxurious touch. the hotel staff consistently demonstrated excellent service. i appreciated the quick assistance with a taxi from andrew, and the restaurant staff at 'spice tree' impressed me with their attentiveness and memory of guest preferences.
I found the gym had several pieces of running equipment out of order. This limited workout options.
